Losing a couple pounds would be an added bonus. I started with 30-minute work outs seven days a week. The changes happened pretty dramatically and with it...my confidence levels restored. (having two babies back to back is hard!)

That said, there are times when heels just won't fit the bill including running after my children and during a day of travel. As NYFW approaches, I'm mentally packing and editing everyday. And, if you know anything about Fashion Week, you know that every fashionable gal needs a pair of chic flats for those long walks as you sweat profusely trying to hail the same taxi that 30 other fashionistas are trying to wave at furiously. Yeah, that means those cab to curb heels need to find a comfy spot in your tote or else you better bring a first aid kit!
